Our 1600-1650 DSFD Switchview throw lever is our definition of simplification. The two-screw design increases adaptability for a more precise fit on various scope brands and models.
This throw lever will fit almost any magnification ring on a scope within the size range of 1.600-1.650″
We’ve integrated our new “folding” design into the 1600-1650 DSFD Switchview throw lever for several reasons. The main reason is it won’t hang up on stuff! Whether you’re using your rifle for hunting, competition, or work, you’ll find that the new folding design offers many benefits over our fixed levers.
We usually mount the Switchview so the lever folds back towards the rear of the gun. This way it will fold down when you’re stuffing it into a soft case, discarding it into a dropbox in a competition or dragging it through the bushes and trees on a hunt. If you want it to be a little “stiffer” you can add a little tension to the screw that holds it in place.
Just like our entire line of standard and folding Switchview throw levers, we machine the parts out of 6061-T6 aluminum. We also hard anodize all of our aluminum products to provide you many years of “hard use” no matter what you’re doing with your gear. We’re also proud to say that 100% of the Switchview product line is manufactured in the United States of America.

Fits my Athlon Ares ETR perfectly. I would recommend an offset cutout for the raised portion of the mag ring similar to my 1930-1970 DSFD that I have on my K525i to better clear the bolt handle. As it is right now, I have it set to fold backward toward the eyepiece so if I am higher in magnification I sometimes tap the lever on the throwlever as I run the bolt and it folds back instead of jamming my finger if it folded forward. Putting a 30deg offset cutout would alleviate this. The ETR mag ring “bump” goes from 9-to-3 o’clock.

Great customer service: when placing my order the Switchview Rep took the time to ensure the lever would fit my scope (which was an uncommon Model). Fits perfectlY once mounted and tightened; I used purple locktite to keep it there..looks Great, and although l think it is expensive for a small band of metal, it is much more economical than the Scope name brand version…it makes the scope Much easier to adjust, thereby making the scope a more functional I have tried the plastic/nylon versions printed on a 3D printer,,,they are clunky, harder to mount without interfering with the bolt on the firearm, and /or the functionality of the scope… I would buy again and I would recommend to a friend

The fold over lever is too loose. And when I tried to snug the allen to squeeze the opening for stiffer swiveling, it stripped out. I think I have a fix (drilling out and using a screw, counter bore the thread end, and nylock nut, maybe even jamming in a .004 washer). These levers are too loose – when operating it keeps folding over – you have to try and push or pull in one direction while turning to keep it straight up. Wish I had a 1 hole that didn’t swivel. Cool product though, nobody else made one that fit the scope because it’s Helos BTR Gen II.
