Our 1720-1762 DSFD Switchview throw lever is our definition of simplification. The two-screw design increases adaptability for a more precise fit on various scope brands and models.
This throw lever will fit almost any magnification ring on a scope within the size range of 1.720-1.762″
We’ve integrated our new “folding” design into the 1720-1762 DSFD Switchview throw lever for several reasons. The main reason is it won’t hang up on stuff! Whether using your rifle for hunting, competition, or work, you’ll find that the new folding design offers many benefits over our fixed levers.
We usually mount the Switchview, so the lever folds back towards the rear of the gun. This way, it will fold down when you’re stuffing it into a soft case, discarding it into a dropbox in a competition, or dragging it through the bushes and trees on a hunt. If you want it to be a little “stiffer,” you can add a little tension to the screw that holds it in place.
Like our line of standard and folding Switchview throw levers, we machine the parts out of 6061-T6 aluminum. We also hard anodize all our aluminum products to provide you with many years of “hard use,” no matter what you’re doing with your gear. We’re also proud to say that 100% of the Switchview product line is manufactured in the United States of America.

Fits my PMII 5-25 quite well and works like a champ. Now have it set to fold back toward the eyepiece so it clears the illumination knob when folded. These DSFD Switchview’s are my “go-to” throwlever. They listen to shooters’ input and put out a great product!

Fit the Tract Toric 30mm perfectly. Should come with the smaller lever which I bought sepreatly. The small lever offers plenty of leverage and doesn’t stick out so far.

Shipping was great. The product is ok. It did not fit tight enough to be solid when used. I could not get it tight enough to not move. Of course I’m going to try and tighten it. The end result is two stripped screws. Not happy.

Please let us know what scope you ordered this lever for and we’ll look into it right away. All of our levers are designed to have some gap when tightened to the recommended specifications in the instructions. If there was no gap there is a chance the lever is a size too big for your scope.

Great customer service: when placing my order the Switchview Rep took the time to ensure the lever would fit my scope (which was an uncommon Model). Fits perfectlY once mounted and tightened; I used purple locktite to keep it there..looks Great, and although l think it is expensive for a small band of metal, it is much more economical than the Scope name brand version…it makes the scope Much easier to adjust, thereby making the scope a more functional I have tried the plastic/nylon versions printed on a 3D printer,,,they are clunky, harder to mount without interfering with the bolt on the firearm, and /or the functionality of the scope… I would buy again and I would recommend to a friend

Does not perfectly fit a leupold mk8 but you can make it work. Customer service offered to do anything they could to make it right and they were absolutely amazing. I just needed it sooner so I did what I had to to make it fit. Excellent quality. I’ll buy more

Wayne, the screw the secures the lever is not long enough or I was sent a defect one. I called and I emailed and have not heard anything from anyone at Switchview. I asked for a longer screw or at least the size/thread of what you use. So therefore the 4 rating, otherwise it is a great product.

This is my second throwlever for an Athlon Cronus btr uhd gen 2 4.5-29×56. The only issue is the lever itself prevents you from being able to go past 25 magnification.
Because of the location of the lever being dead center over the dial indicator, when running the optic on any Remington 700 pattern action the lever does not clear the bolt knob even when folded down.
About 90% of all bolt action rifles are Remington 700 pattern. Kind of a big deal.
